Do you remember this chair I re-upholstered?
I found it in the garbage.

Check out all these Legos.
I found them in the garbage.

This little cradle was left out for the garbage truck too.
It needed a little TLC,
but nothing a little paint and sewing couldn't fix.
Tomorrow is garbage day!

It looks like Boston garbage is even better than Arizona garage sales, and priced better too! Way to go! :)
I wish our garbage here was as exciting as yours. Our garbage is just plain garbage. :)

I found a cradle like that in the garbage too that I rescued. I want to know how you made it look so nice. I loved all those legos you found too!! That is awesome!!
Wow! What great finds! I wish people threw away nicer things in my neighborhood. :)
Love, love, love the garbage in Boston! I think I've just about furnished my entire house that way--well, with that and the "free" section of craigslist! Our best find was a free 1970s era Bernina sewing machine. Oh, and the free $400 Pottery Barn rug. Gotta love it! Thanks for sharing your finds!
