A Baking Secret
I recently spent a week with a friend (hence the sparse posts). I'm going to let you in on her little baking secret.
And the secret is...six porcelain tiles placed on the rack. She cooks everything on them (just places the pan on top). It is like having your own brick oven. I bought my tiles today. $.88 a pop. Now the question is what to make first...fresh bread sounds good.

What a great idea! I'll have to try that. Do you stick them together somehow or do they just stay together in the oven?
